  • In the field of innovation, we believe that training must be done through experiential learning as it requires practicing new skills and learning new mindsets.

  • We believe each company has a unique culture, existing processes, and outcomes that they want to reach, so our training is always customized to fit with the unique parameters of an organization or team.

  • We can either follow our process (a mix of Design Thinking and Foursight) or build the skills and tools using existing company processes (e.g., agile, or lean thinking).
