We use the FourSight® Thinking Profile to help individuals and teams better understand the ways they solve problems individually and together. Building awareness can help the team be more supportive of each other, decrease conflict and improve collaboration.
For our training programs, FourSight ® is the first step to create awareness about our preferred approach to solving problems both as individuals and as a team.
This can be a stand-alone training, or the foundation for creating customized programs around innovation where the team can learn a common process, tools, language, and framework. This will create better and faster outcomes in a more enjoyable way.
